| The WEC Executive Committee provides day-to-day oversight and guidance to WEC staff on behalf of the Board of Directors. The Executive Committee meets monthly, generally on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 8:00 a.m. All WEC Board members are welcome to participate in meetings of the Executive Committee in an ex-officio capacity.
